Linda Jackson and Martine Odillard join COFACE SA’s Board of Directors

Linda Jackson, Chief Executive Officer of Citroën brand, member of the Executive Committee of PSA Peugeot Citroën, and Martine Odillard, Chief Executive Officer of the Chargeurs group, recently joined the Board of Directors of COFACE SA. The Board thus gains two new independent members. It will benefit from their rich experience, acquired in international companies active in diverse and innovative sectors.

Biographies

• Linda Jackson, Chief Executive Officer of Citroën brand, member of the Executive Committee of PSA Peugeot Citroën

An MBA (Master of Business Administration) graduate of the University of Warwick, England, Linda Jackson began her career in the Finance department of MG Rover in 1977. She held a number of financial positions in the United Kingdom before being appointed Director of Administration and Finance at MG Rover France in 1998. In 2005, she moved to the Citroën group as Director of Finance for Great Britain, and then France (2009-2010). In July 2010 she was appointed Managing Director of Citroën Great Britain and Ireland. On 1^st June 2014, she assumed responsibility for the Citroën brand and joined the Executive Committee of the PSA Peugeot Citröen group.

• Martine Odillard, Chief Executive Officer of Chargeurs

A Classics graduate and the holder of a Masters in Management from E.C.C.I.P., in 1979 Martine Odillard joined the staff of the Chairman of the Pricel Group, which became Chargeurs. In 1981, she was appointed Chief of Staff to the Chairman. In 1990, she became Human Resources Director. In 1996, as the Group demerged, in addition to Human Resources, she took over responsibility for the Communications department at Chargeurs. In 2000, she was appointed Vice-President, Human Resources and Communication at Pathé, whilst retaining her position at Chargeurs. In September 2010, Martine Odillard became Chief Operating Officer for Chargeurs, responsible for the supervision of all the Group’s corporate functions around the world. In March 2014, she was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer.
